Mark Bull Golf Engages Parabola to Develop Golf Swing Analysis Software

Mark Bull Golf use the latest in golf biomechanics to analyse the movements in a golf swing and provide physical assessments to help golfers improve their game. As a golf biomechanist Mark uses realtime sensors to analyse the swing of a golfer; working with golfers of all levels ranging from European tour professional, national squads to recreational golfers, his work is highly respected in the industry. Mark Bull Golf have now instructed Parabola to develop a software solution to turn this data into graphical and numerical representations that will show each client their progress as they work on their technique. The software will also enable them to track changes during their session and make comparable assessments allowing the golfer to highlight areas such as variability, swing breakdowns and physical restrictions.

Parabola and Mark Bull Golf are collaborating via an Agile methodology for this project. By developing in a series of iterations the product can be moulded as possibilities for the data become clearer. At each iteration Mark will have software that he can use with his clients and provide feedback before we move on to the next stage.
