Using SharePoint Online to collaborate with our clients and partners

As of 1/11/2012 we are using SharePoint Online to collaborate with all our clients via the cloud.

Our new Parabola SharePoint Online service enables us to create a site for each of our client's projects where we can store and share all their important project and support documents. In addition, our clients can view their support balance, recordings of meetings and proposal documents at their convenience, 24/7. We can now work together with our clients on any document knowing we both have access to complete history of versions and ability to automatically alert them whenever a document changes.

You could use SharePoint Online  to share and collaborate with your clients, suppliers and/or partners.  There would be no need for them to call you to check if they have the latest version of that document – it’s always there in the cloud.  If you would like to start taking advantage of SharePoint Online give us a call for a chat about its capabilities.
