Merged FE colleges Implement MR 2010

South Gloucester and Stroud College Implement Parabola’s MR 2010 application to coincide with merger of Filton College and Stroud College.

In February our client Filton College merged with Stroud College. Having previously worked with Filton on MR 2010, the decision was taken to roll this out across the proposed South Gloucester and Stroud colleges.

MR 2010 is a system that allows flexible progress tracking, mark book and ILP application for 16-18 year olds. It enables teachers to manage assignments for their classes and enter marks as well as comments, feedback and learning outcomes. MR 2010 also provides a facility to undertake periodic student self-assessment and review which incorporates students' answers to questions input by teachers and students' own targets.

By rolling it out across the merger there is now one single system across South Gloucestershire and Stroud College which improves management of ILPs, engages students in their own progress and is a single system for all ILP, UCAS offers, employment and gap year opportunities within the merged colleges.

MR 2010 is an application built on Microsoft .Net, for more information how .Net can benefit your organisation get in touch.
